It’s easy to make traditional voice telephone calls with the PAV. Just pick up the receiver and press the phone call button. Using Voice over IP, (VoIP) technology, the PAV can place calls to any standard telephone number, and accept credit cards for payment. To assist hard of hearing people who want to make traditional phone calls, the telephone receiver on the PAV is amplified, to make it easier for hard of hearing callers to hear what’s being said.
