Video mail is a digital video message that is sent to an email account. Messages can be recorded and sent on the PAV. The wide availability of broadband Internet services and continual improvements to video technology have made video mail an extremely fast growing communication option. Video mail is a preferred email communications format for deaf individuals and other sign language users who are sometimes not comfortable with using text-based email.
