The PAV provides full access to the telecommunications network, allowing consumers to use the call format they're most comfortable with. VRS, Video Point-to-Point, TTY or a traditional phone call the PAV can handle multiple calls suitable for a wide variety of users.

But the PAV integrates additional features as well. Email access, web browsing, visual paging and local, customized announcements and news are also possible with the PAV. Deaf and hard of hearing people who miss audio pages and announcements can be reached visually through alerts shown on the PAV's large 15" screen. Available features can easily be customized to meet specific needs of every location where the PAV is installed.
